Items purchased on sale are not refundable. In cases that match the return requirements below, we will give the customer a store credit for the amount they purchased the sale item for and the customer can keep the item.

Returns:

  • In order to be qualified for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be in an unopened, original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for paying shipping expenses for the product.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you would like to return the product, please contact us and we will get back to you with shipping info or find another solution that is acceptable to you.

Refunds:

  • If the product arrives damaged or wrong item is shipped, please send us a picture and description of the problem and we will issue a store credit.
  • If your order hasn't arrived in 60 days, please contact us and we will refund it.
