1. IS IT SAFE TO PAY WITH CREDIT CARD ON EXTRASPARKLES.COM?


Yes! ExtraSparkles use PayPal and Shopify Payments to process all Credit Card transactions to ensure our customers are protected. Our website is industry-standard and guaranteed. Your information is safe and secure. Every time you visit, we do not store any credit card information.


2. WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

YES! You will receive an Email confirmation after purchasing your order, to confirm we have received your order successfully.


If for some reason, you did not receive a confirmation email, please:

Check your Promotional, Spam & Junk folder of your email inbox as it may have automatically filtered through. Contact our Customer Care team to forward this Email to you again.


3. CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OF MY ORDER?

If you have mistakenly checked out with an incorrect address, please Contact us urgently. Please ensure you include your New/ Correct Shipping Address so we can update your shipping address promptly & complete your order with no delays. We are generally able to change the shipping address unless the order has already been shipped.


4. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately, orders can not be altered once they have been placed, If you have realized any information is incorrect on your order please contact us immediately, however, we can't guarantee any changes can be made.

 

5. WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Easy! Once your order is packed & leaves our warehouse, you will receive an Email with your order’s Tracking Number. You will be sent a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. Your Tracking Number will be sent to you Via Email, once your order has been Complete, Dispatched and Leaves our warehouse (on it’s way to you).
